db.com is my online playground. It has gone through many faces, changes and served many purpose, be it personal blog, hosting domain, collective, portfolio and now a photoblog sorta thing.
Why dragonbond.com? Firstly because I really really love dragons, and secondly I have a soulbond who is a dragon. So I combined the two to get dragonbond.com!
db.com was bought on 15th January 2002 through Doteasy.com introduced by SephXIII my sweetest friend and ex-classmate and was intended to be my playground, instead of a public domain. It changed registrar to 000domains.com for another renewal in September 2002, and changed webhost to RCThost.com.
From June 2003, db.com was hosted using a reseller account at internethosting4u.com. On 30th September 03 db.com’s reseller account got upgraded and shared equally with SephXIII. After a few months she left, as the webhost was having downtime issues, and since November 03, db.com is hosted by gekospace.com. Early 2005, there were some suspicious files in db.com’s WHM which prompted another host move. For a hectic 2 weeks, db.com was hosted on block9hosting.net, then micfo.com and finally sonataweb.net since May 05. In October 06, after a server hack, db.com was hosted by innohosting.com. db.com also changed registrar to namecheap.com.
Now db.com is currently hosted by hostmaven.com.
